Sleepy Ghost — Poesie Parfym och Te

The lavender is genuinely calming and the marshmallow sweetness keeps it from feeling like straight-up aromatherapy. I've been using it as my wind-down ritual and I actually drift off faster than I have in weeks. It's become the last thing I reach for every night.

I dabbed a little on my wrist before bed and the lavender actually calmed my racing thoughts, which never happens. It’s sweet but not cloying, like a soft powder you'd want to sleep on.

The lavender is the star here—it's soothing without being sharp, and the marshmallow note underneath keeps it from feeling like a spa candle. I dabbed it on my wrists before bed and actually slept through the night for the first time in weeks.
